INSPIRED WRITING

Whether working with individuals or creative departments, or teaching a group, one of the most inspiring moments comes when the stuck energy begins to move and the waves of creativity, possiblity and abundantly blissful artistry begin to flow. Recently I had just this experience as I had the the honor of teaching a special class focusing on Writer’s Block for world-renowned Conscious Creation Coach, Anisa Aven.  Anisa and I have worked together for many years, and she’s not only my mentor, dear friend and inspiration, but I’m so overjoyed to say my partner on a growing list of helpful conscious creation courses. 

The program had already been in progress, attendings working on clearing the typical stuck points that keep those who wish to be creative and productive in their writing from realizing their completed success.  As my class unfolded, the concept that made a huge impact, second only to the amazing shifts we're able to make with EFT and LOA in general, is the idea that the famed and incredibly successful romance/mystery writer Nora Roberts expressed in an interview she did for Barnes and Nobel– she says, and I'm paraphrasing – that lawyers don't wait for the days when they feel inspired, instead they get up and go to work daily and that's what she does too.  Ms. Roberts a writer, so every day she writes and some days she produces art and some days she produces um...recycled paper!  But everyday she writes. She doesn't feel there is a thing called Writer's Block, but rather a misunderstanding of what the job is.   Of course, with EFT we can clear away the stuck points surrounding these concepts so easily, getting up to write is not just a job but a joy!

But most important of all, in this class as is usual with EFT we learned that we all have the power to shift our feelings and thoughts. Using energy tools such as Emotional Freedom Technique, Feng Shui, Essential oils and a host of cognitive techniques, the TRUTH is that we just don't have to be victims to our feelings that sometimes seem to wash over us in uncontrollable waves, the thoughts that swirl around our heads and the experiences we are presently having. The TRUTH is that we do have the power to shift our emotions, thinking and our reality.
