FITNESS RESOURCES, REFERENCES & TOOLS
We're energetic beings having a
physical experience, that's true. And in order to maintain our optimum
levels of health, vitality in both the tangible everyday world as well as the
energetic world of manifesting, we need to maintain our healthy physical bodies
too. Having suffered a severe injury and living with chronic pain, I had to find resources that would help me maintain my body the best I could with as little impact and degree of difficulty possible. It's true: ask and ye shall receive! With my energy clear, I set the intention that my fitness would be as easy as possible and I'd find the best resources at prices I could easily afford. I found and personally used a variety of resources and references that claimed to be helpful, and with trail and error found what worked for me and what didn't. Each of us has to discover what works for us, and what we'll be able to incorporate into our busy lives. Energy work can help clear blocks to finding these resources as well as direct our energies so they are as helpful as possible, and we actually enjoy our wellbeing efforts. easy reference are those that I use (or like them) almost every day. For
along with clearing away the underlying stuck energies that held me in physical
pain it was just as helpful in clearing pain to be as active as possible. Remember, before embarking on any wellbeing regime it's important to get a thorough checkup with your doctor, and
be sure to advise them of your plans.
Yoga can be the most gentle way of moving your body, or one of the most challenging. Through yoga, we can learn to access the mind/body connection to achieve a new level of balanced wellbeing. It's also a terrific way to begin a meditative practice. I've found these programs both easy to follow and learn, as well as enjoyable and very productive.
Gentle rebounding is not only a terrific low-impact way to engage in aerobic exercise, but in increasing lymph activity, most find clearing and release easier, faster and more productive. Be careful to purchase a rebounder with springs, not fabric straps, as springs allow for the proper physics but also especially with any neck or back injury straps cause too abrupt a bounce resulting in more impact. For sit-ups and stretching I've found nothing more comfortabe than the comfort of a form-fitting blow-up, and it's great to watch TV from too!
